Challenge: Create an innovative new product category within the coffee creamer space that capitalizes on a new flavor experience as well as a coffeehouse experience. First we had to discover and define what a modern coffeehouse experience was. Luckily International Delight was already playing in a space where all the mainstream competitors were transitioning too. Indulging in the sweet life this space was defined as “candy shop.” Where bright colors and playful patterns represent a youthful spirit and where consumer’s can indulge with their eyes as well as their taste buds. We needed to create a system that had big sip energy and would stand out from our core line up but still look and feel International Delight.

Results: With big sip energy in mind we dug into our brand toolkit of colorful patterns and flavorful delights to create International Delights Cold Foam Creamer. This product launched beginning of 2024 and has already achieved an 80 ACV in the first four weeks and capturing a 1.5% share of the refrigerated creamer market.
